SMic NextGen

With the new SMic NextGen, Brähler Systems is moving further towards the future of conference technology. The 15.6” multi-touch screen is fully foldable. The multimedia unit can thus be optimally integrated into any room and at the same time offers maximum comfort for the respective user. Among other things, the angle of the integrated 4MP camera can be optimally adjusted to the conference participant.

The SMic NextGen offers the latest in DIGIMIC technology: microphone socket and button, integrated loudspeaker and headphone connection (3.5 mm jack), RFID identification. The brählerOS software is used to implement interpretation channel selectors (32 channels – original and 31 languages) and voting, among other things. In addition, Teams® and Zoom® can be seamlessly integrated and thus offer all the possibilities of modern Internet conferencing.

With the pre-installed Windows® 11 Pro, the SMic NextGen can be expanded into a hybrid unit in just a few steps (the Windows license is not included and must be purchased separately). The Windows operating system and functions such as Word or PowerPoint can thus be used in parallel with the DIGIMIC functions.

The new SMic NextGen is milled from a single block of aerospace aluminum and nano-coated. The design impresses with its simple, timeless elegance. The DIGIMIC hardware and the brählerOS software are specially designed to work together. Existing conference systems can therefore be adapted to growing requirements at any time. The override button gives the chairman of a conference special priority.

The new SMic NextGen will be available from Q3 2024.
